Monthly Tuition Billing, Cancellations, and Makeup Lessons: 

An auto-pay monthly tuition is due at the 1st of each month. Enrollment in lessons reserves a weekly time slot for your student throughout the academic year (September–May). Tuition is charged as a flat monthly rate, not per lesson, and is due regardless of attendance. This ensures your child’s place is held in the studio schedule, even if you need to miss a lesson due to illness, vacation, or other commitments.

Missed lessons may be made up at the teacher’s discretion, or credited toward summer lessons, but tuition itself is non-refundable and not waived for absences. If you wish to withdraw from lessons, 30 days’ written notice is required.

Lessons canceled less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will result in the loss of lesson credit. One late cancel freebie for the semester is included. 

Tuition paid monthly: $450 

Music lessons: up to 1 lesson per week (occasional studio closure updates will be included on the calendar) 

Other fun music opportunities included with tuition:  

• Music recording session (50 minutes) 

• Collaborate with other students as a band or co-writing session

• Perform in the community at open mics

Lesson Pack Cancellations: 

Lessons canceled less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows will result in the loss of lesson credit. Lesson packs expire 2 months after purchase.

• Single Lesson: $130

• 4 Lesson Pack: $550
