School of Music with Ro + Friends

Studio Policies & Enrollment Agreement

Enrollment + Tuition

School of Music with Ro + Friends operates as a year-round music school. Enrollment is ongoing and not based on semesters.

Tuition is billed monthly via auto pay on the 1st of each month. Monthly tuition reserves your student’s dedicated weekly lesson time and secures their place in the school.

Tuition is a flat monthly rate and is not calculated per lesson. Payment holds your reserved time in the schedule regardless of attendance.

A minimum one-month commitment is required at the start of enrollment.

30 days written notice is required to withdraw from the school. Tuition is non-refundable once billed.

Monthly Tuition: 450

Includes up to one private lesson per week. Occasional studio closures and calendar updates will be communicated in advance.

Attendance + Makeup Policy

Consistency is essential for musical growth.

If a student must miss a lesson due to illness or scheduling conflict, makeup lessons may be offered at the teacher’s discretion based on availability. Makeup lessons are not guaranteed.

Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours notice or missed without notice will not be eligible for makeup.

Tuition is not reduced or credited for missed lessons.

Pausing Enrollment

Because enrollment reserves a dedicated weekly lesson time in the studio, extended absences require advance planning.

Families who anticipate being away for an extended period may request a pause in enrollment with a minimum of 30 days written notice.

Pauses are granted in full calendar month increments and are subject to studio availability.

If proper notice is not provided prior to the next billing cycle, tuition for the upcoming month will remain as billed.

During an approved pause, the student’s lesson time is not guaranteed and may be offered to another student. Placement upon return is based on current studio availability.
